Overall very pleased with the property, location and view from the apartment was outstanding. Positive: Great to have an allocated parking space; Outlook from property was fabulous; central location was excellent; facilities in the apartment were great; Negative: bath towels were too small; would suggest an anti-slip mat needed in shower cubicle as slip hazard for our elderly parents; permanently open door to a rubbish collection cupboard at staircase entry to the building which smelt awful!

Extremely comfortable and relaxing Positive: Fabulous location and views over the river. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the sunshine. Negative: As other reviewers warned, it is noisy in the early morning, although I don't mind waking early.

Great location which could be fantastic. Positive: Great location and comfortably appointed flat with great views across the river. Negative: Flat decoration is looking a little dates with wood chip wallpaper and plain wood effect doors. First impressions not helped by having a rubbish store at the foot of the stair well. There was also a strange exterior void between the bathroom and kitchen which seemed to be inhabited by pigeons and looked quite dirty. Perhaps a small investment in some netting would keep them out? Shame also about noisy deliveries at 06:00 and late night / early morning bottle emptying from the adjacent pub.

Ok Positive: Super view. Comfortable bed. Clean but basic. Coop delivery on both mornings between 6am and 6.30am spoilt what would have otherwise been an idyllic stay as it was an abrupt awakening in the morning and thereafter impossible to sleep.

Fantastic location at the heart of Dartmouth Positive: FANTASTIC location. You will not find a better location anywhere in Dartmouth. Negative: For a group, it was a bit limited having loo and bathroom in one room. Bit of a constraint for 5 blokes sharing after a day’s walking.
