Lovely views, very convenient but a bit noisy. Positive: Lovely location looking out over the water. Comfortable rooms. Negative: Very noisy below- heard and felt the door to the cafe open and close underneath. Also about 6am the place next door was having barrels delivered/removed and more noise which woke us all up. Not very relaxing.

Amazing view with all the facilities needed. Right in the centre of Dartmouth Positive: Amazing location overlooking the river Dart. Comfortable bed and good shower. Well appointed kitchen. Even sitting in the lounge for breakfast was fantastic , looking out at the waterside with people passing by, ferries and yachts really peaceful. Negative: Happy with everything

Fantastic balcony view of the river! Positive: The location is fantastic and we even managed to sit out on the balcony in the October sunshine which was a real bonus! Negative: There was some nois from the delivery vehicles for the shop and cafe underneath but being in the centre of town this is to be expected. They weren't there for very long anyway.

Could be nicer Positive: The location and views are the selling point. Negative: Dirty stairwell up to the property. Very noisy( the 6am deliveries to the co-op, single glazed windows to the side and no side tables in the lounge. Lacks a women’s touch, plenty of room in the main bedroom for a dressing table, but no. And how long has the main patio glass door been blown or the broken balcony tiles gone unrepaired? In the small bedroom, you can’t even open the wardrobe door’s fully.

Overall very pleased with the property, location and view from the apartment was outstanding. Positive: Great to have an allocated parking space; Outlook from property was fabulous; central location was excellent; facilities in the apartment were great; Negative: bath towels were too small; would suggest an anti-slip mat needed in shower cubicle as slip hazard for our elderly parents; permanently open door to a rubbish collection cupboard at staircase entry to the building which smelt awful!
